Our iterative one–day workshops, multi–day retreats, and outdoor basecamp events combine time to learn with time to play outside. All in spectacular, outdoor destinations. In between events, our virtual sessions help keep the conversations going. Our real–world curriculum humbly approaches becoming a leader, and our facilitated small groups empower everyone to share their experiences. Providing a casual atmosphere and having time to create community gives everyone a chance to feel heard while having open, candid conversations.
