I had the thought of writing a quick note to let K know what was in the growler, but also wanted to get out the door. I headed out.
Every once in a while, one of you writes me about these randomnesses. I thought it would be fun from time to time to share some of those thoughts with the rest of you.
Ben wanted to know how I prepared for a long-ish trip in the mountains. I had to think about that for a bit. My answer maybe wasn’t very helpful.
I’ve admittedly been following the story of Naomi Osaka. Beyond the wide world of sports, her story is just as important.
For our Wenatchee leaders group meeting, we were asked to read a book. When it showed up last week, I opened it to find a note written inside.
K and I were talking about screen time for Sefton. In our chatting about it, I brought up one of my favorite quotes from my favorite movie, Shine.
It hit 100º here on Wednesday. I was curious what was causing it, so I texted my dad. This randomness is for him.
I like lists. This randomness is about a photo of a total stranger’s list.
This week’s random thought has to do with opinions. It’s probably going to be half-baked. The thought, that is.
I was talking to my friend Susan last week. During our conversation, she mentioned compliments.
I’d say 80% of these emails somehow come about the week I write them. The other 20% of the time they don’t. This is one of those times.
